FemSem is a free two week program for young people interested in developing a gender equity project and join a social justice movement! This year’s theme, TRAILBLAZERS, highlights young people who create new paths for gender diversity, inclusivity, and activism. Activities include:

– Interactive Workshops
– Guest Speakers
– Weekly Trips
– College Tours
– Networking & Portfolio Building
– Access to Power Circles during 2019-2020 school year

ELIGIBILITY:
Ages 14 – 18
Female Identified / Non-conforming Youth
No Academic Requirement
Must be available ALL days: 7/15 – 7/26 (10am – 3:30pm)
All participants receive lunch and metrocards daily, and will receive a stipend and certificate of completion at the end of the program!
